This too can be done with the previous consent of the President and also of the person to be so appointed -LRB- articles 127 and 128 -RRB- . इसे भी राष्ट्रपति की तथा इस प्रकार नियुक्त किए जाने वाले व्यक्ति की सहमति से किया जा सकता है ( अनुच्छेद 127 तथा 128 ) .

He can do so only with previous consent of the President and after consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court concerned . ऐसा वह राष्ट्रपति की पूर्व सहमति से तथा संबंधित उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात ही कर सकता है .
